This site offers visitors the sale of new and used: agricultural machinery, equipment, and spare parts for them. In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority according to local law and have the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You may not use this website and/or receive services if prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Main commercial terms offered to clients

By purchasing a product, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full description of the product before committing to purchase it: (ii) you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the product when you agree to buy the product and you complete the purchase and payment process.

The prices we charge for the use of our services/for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change the prices of the displayed products at any time and to correct price errors that may inadvertently occur. Service fees and any other charges that may arise in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged monthly to your payment method.

Return and Refund Policy

For any undamaged item, simply return it with the included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will exchange or offer a refund to the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Items can only be returned in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following items cannot be returned: used items, custom-made items, and agricultural machinery, equipment.

Retention of the right to change the offer

We may change the Services without prior notice; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create restrictions on services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the Services without notice or liability for any or no reason.

Warranties and liability for services and products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the related defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon prompt return of the product to us. We will pay to ship the repaired or replaced products to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Intellectual Property Rights, Copyrights and Logos

The Services and all materials on the Site or transmitted, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music, and all related intellectual property rights properties are the exclusive property of Stanislav Stanislavovich Velikoredchanin. Except as expressly set forth herein, nothing in these terms shall be deemed to create a license under or under any such intellectual property rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works.

The right to suspend or delete a user's account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice or liability for any reason, including if, in our sole judgment, you violate any provision of these Terms or applicable laws or regulations. You can stop using and request to delete your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically renewing subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will only terminate after the applicable period for which you have already paid.

Damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stanislav Stanislavovich Velikoredchanin from any claims, losses, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) brought against him by any third party due to or in connection with your use of the website or any services offered website.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought by, and you hereby consent to, their determination solely by a court of competent jurisdiction specified in Minsk. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby excluded.

Statements in the user community

All users who join the community have a public profile that is public to site visitors and their social activities (such as their posts or comments) will be visible to other site visitors.
