The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change the prices of the displayed products and services at any time and to correct price errors that may inadvertently arise. Service fees and any other charges that may arise in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged monthly from your payment method.

Return and refund policy

For any undamaged item, simply return it with the included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days from the date you received the item and we will exchange it or offer a refund on the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Items can only be returned to the country in which they were originally purchased.

Reservation of the right to change the offer

We may change the services without prior notice; stop providing the services or any functions of the services we offer; or create restrictions on services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the Services without notice or liability for any reason or no reason.

Warranties and liability for services and products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace a product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon prompt return of the product to us. We will pay shipping costs for repaired or replaced products to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Intellectual property rights, copyrights, and logos

Services and all materials therein or transmitted, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music, and all related intellectual rights properties are the exclusive property of Stanislav Stanislavovich Velikoredchanin. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to auto-renewing subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will only end after the appropriate period for which you have already paid.

Compensation for damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stanislav Stanislavovich Velikoredchanin from any claims, losses, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorney's fees) made against them by any third party due to or in connection with your use of the website or any services offered on the website.
