Roto Grind grain grinders are grain processors with very high performance. You can easily control the consistency and grind size without sacrificing performance. 
 Grinding size is easily adjusted by shear plates. You can set the machine from normal grinding, which only cracks the grain, to fine grinding (almost flour).
 Roto Grind offers two models to choose from: Model GG7 from 20 to 40 tons per hour. Model GG10 from 35 to 60 tons per hour. You can choose between a three-point model (3 PT) or a trailed model with a self-loading hydraulic auger (Auger).
 All Roto Grind grinders have an optional water valve that allows the operator to add water during grain grinding. This allows you to maintain the moisture content at the most desirable level and control dust when grinding dry grain. You can grind any fine grain, dry or high moisture content, for much less money than a roller mill or conventional hammer mill.
 A.     Exclusive, individually adjusted shear plates provide easy control over the fineness of the grind. The design of the shear plate allows you to grind wet (up to 40%) material.
 b.     Movable, hardened hammers. Hammers can be rotated so that all 4 corners can be used. Each corner of the hammers is designed for 100,000 tons of grain. The resource of hammers is calculated on 400 000 tons.
